  I just called to see if they have a product and was told by the employee she can't go check because she was alone. I would suggest having more then one person working the store. Now I have to drive there and see if they have the product.

  Had an irate Customer in front of me. Waited in line for 35 minutes. While the Cashier Deb was very patient and kind, the customer was confusing herself. Deb did the return transaction. Then rang up the new transaction. There was a difference of 5 extra frames not paid for. Plus an additional 3 items. The cashier explained to the customer that she needed to pay for the additional items or" It would be like stealing from the Dollar Tree" at that point the customer began yelling at Deb a Manager was right next to the register ringing up other customers. Explaining that Deb did the transaction correctly. In addition to this episode the customer was in another cashiers line first. Was not satisfied so Deb was called to assist. At NO point was Deb in the wrong. I gave her my name and phone number if she needed a witness to protect her job. Unbelievable to say the least.
