  We had two valves that would not close on our sprinkler system. At first a guy came over and said we needed only one valve. I knew we needed two valves because I had worked on the system before. The only reason I hired a sprinkler company was because I did not have time to fix it myself. A while later a guy comes out to the house and calls us and says we needed two valves instead of one. I started to wonder if they knew what they were doing at this point. After someone came to our house two times the front yard was completely shut off. I used to be able to open the valves manually and water the front yard. Next thing I know the owner of the company comes over spends a few minutes at our house and just tells my wife I cant fix it. He broke our sprinkler box and left nails and screws by the sprinkler system. I have little children and can't have this going on. They just left the system broke and gave me a number of another company. This is the worst service I have ever had from a company. The guy even argued with me that my front yard never worked. My wife and I had to front yard running manually a few days before they came. Be very careful with the workers of this company.
